Terms & Conditions of Participation

Welcome to Devils Circuit -- where fun meets fitness and grit meets glory!
Before you take on the course, please read these terms and conditions carefully.
By registering for Devils Circuit, you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement for the selected race category.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
You must bring your QR code on bib distribution day to collect your bib or race kit.
A government ID document will be required to upload post-registration as part of the verification process. This is solely for cross-checking that the participant's date of birth and name match the details used during registration.

2. No Refunds & No Cancellations

All registrations are non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of the reason including illness, injury, travel issues, or change of plans.
Please double-check your availability before registering.

3. Ticket Transfer Policy

We get it, sometimes life happens! You may transfer your registration to another person up to 7 days before the event date.
In case you are unable to attend the race, our systems allow you to transfer the ticket online to another participant, please ensure you follow the process.
Simply log in to your GetMyBib account, go to My Bookings, select the ticket you wish to transfer, enter the new participant’s details, complete the transfer fee, and your ticket will be successfully reassigned.
Finding the transferee and sending his/her details to us will be your responsibility. We can only assist in transferring the ticket within our system
The new participant must meet eligibility criteria and agree to these same Terms & Conditions.
Any processing or administrative costs will be borne by the participant.

4. Event Changes & Rescheduling

The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, course layout, or format of the event due to reasons beyond control, including but not limited to weather, safety, or regulatory restrictions.
In such cases, your registration will be automatically moved to the rescheduled event, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Safety & Health Disclaimer

Participation is at your own risk. By signing up, you confirm that you are physically fit and medically cleared to take part in a high-intensity obstacle race.
You agree to listen to and follow all safety instructions from staff or marshals.
Medical support will be available at the venue, but organizers will not be liable for any health issues, injuries, or expenses arising before, during, or after the event.

6. Code of Conduct

Play fair, stay safe, and respect everyone around you, including fellow participants, volunteers, and staff.
Unsportsmanlike, dangerous, or disrespectful behaviour can lead to disqualification without refund.
Obstacle skipping may affect your eligibility for competitive rankings or prizes (as per category rules).

7. Photography, Videography & Media Rights

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that Devils Circuit and its authorized partners may photograph, film, or record you during the event.
All such photos, videos, and other media become the permanent property of the organizers.
You grant perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free ownership rights to use your name, image, voice, and likeness in any format - including promotional materials, advertisements, and social media - without any further notice, consent, or compensation.

8. Personal Belongings

Please avoid bringing valuables to the venue. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

9. Waiver of Liability

By registering, you understand that obstacle racing involves risk, including slips, falls, and physical exertion.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and agree to release Devils Circuit, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and staff from any claims or liabilities arising from your involvement in the event.
